how do you fix the power outlet under the radio in a 2000 honda civic?

I have a 2000 honda civic. My power outlet or my cigarette lighter, how ever you wanna call it, is not working. I plug in my cell phone charger and my gps charger in it and it does not work at all. Im wondering if it could be from a fuse that has gone out or something else.. If you know anything on how to fix it and how much it would be to get it fixed, please give me an answer.

    The first thing you should check is the fuse…

    Check the fuse, its in the fuse box on the drivers side, right where your knees whould be while driving.. If its blown, check in the socket of the outlet to make sure a penny or other object fell in it……..

    check tha fuse .if thats not it buy another outlet thing
